Electrode orientation fixture

This fixture was designed and implemented on the assembly line making medical electrodes. It holds a rack of electrode blanks in place and firmly presses a PTFE sleeve into place using a pneumatic cylinder. This process was previously being done with handheld tools by workers, and this fixture improved safety and process time.
